From the list of Open SNC items for Item # 4 It is observed that the PO # 4500122267 for which ZN is updated Two Inbound Deliveries are created.
It is caused due to less duration between Inbound delivery creation jobs. Hence two inbound deliveries have been created for one PO-SO Combination.
Any one of the Inbound Delivery needs to be deleted. When tried to delete the Inbound Delivery using VL32N it was timing out and going short dump.

There is a LSMW for Deleting Out bound Deliveries (which have more line items in number) Similarly create a simple LSMW for Deleting Such Inbound Deliveries which have more number of line items.
Packing is not considered or this LSMW do not unpack.
